Special Events & Other Occasions:
We strongly believe that creating a healthy community inside the company is vital. In fact, being “social” & having positive interactions between emoloyees inside the company is crucial for the success of an organization.
Therefore, celebrations of special events such as; company’s anniversary, independence day, employees’ birthdays, etc are some of the ways we celebrate to invite people inside the company to be able to interact with one another. They interact with each other through performances such as; singing, dancing, competitions, etc.
These celebrations we have done have satisfied most of our employees which we believe is extremely important as it can lead to a positive growth for PT. Masterindo Jaya Abadi.
